Stress-free: our collection service
Many customers from the Bern metropolitan area use our transport service. It’s convenient and saves time. We’ll pick up your bike from your home in Köniz and bring it back once it’s been repaired.
Important for collection:
- Please securely attach the key (battery) and charger or fasten them to the bicycle.
- Please print out the delivery note (sent by email) and enclose it with your return.
- Cardboard packaging is not necessary – our logistics department specialises in e-bikes.
Personal delivery (bring-in)
Of course, you can also bring your bike in yourself. You can find us at Stampfstrasse 74 in Rapperswil-Jona. You can park stress-free right in front of the workshop gate in the industrial area.
Note: Please make an appointment in advance and remember to bring your keys and display.

Solltest du das Velo persönlich vorbeibringen und mobil bleiben wollen, stellen wir dir (nach Verfügbarkeit) ein Ersatz-E-Bike zur Verfügung.
- Kostenlos: Für alle YouMo-Kunden.
- Kostenlos: Ab dem zweiten Serviceauftrag auch für Fremdmarken.
- Pauschale: Für Neukunden verrechnen wir faire CHF 50.– für die Dauer der Reparatur.
Unsere Preise
Wir setzen auf Fairness und Transparenz. Wir verrechnen nach der offiziellen Arbeitswerteliste (ZIV) bei einem Stundensatz von CHF 120.–. Alle Kosten werden vorab mit dir besprochen.
