Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavor to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification. When you access our website, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general data. transmitted information about the operating system resp. Browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations so that trends can be identified which we can use to improve our offers accordingly.

YouMo AG is officially the owner and the only one who owns and processes the data. The data will not be passed on to third parties or in third countries. Your personal data will be processed by employees of YouMo AG. When the data is used by other programs, the data is encoded and transmitted securely. If the data is attacked from outside or lost, you will be notified.   • What data is processed?
We only receive personal data from you if you subscribe to our newsletter and/or visit us at the trade fair or in our office and fill in the contact forms. The data may include the following: First and last name, e-mail address, delivery address, associated company, history of interactions with YouMo, language, etc.
  • Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes
