Rent e-bikes for the whole family
All our YouMo models are suitable for children (in Germany), teenagers, adults and seniors with a height between 1.40 and 2.00 meters.
The YouMo One comes with a high frame and the YouMo One City with a low frame. With both versions, you have the option of putting your feet on the floor at any time.
You also have a free choice of top speed:
- Our YouMo P, C and X250 models can reach speeds of up to 25 km/h.
- With the YouMo X500, also known as an S-pedelec, you can travel even faster at 45 km/h.
Before renting an e-bike, please note the different regulations in Germany and Switzerland.
regulation in Switzerland:
- For e-bikes up to 25 km/h: category M driving license required at 14 and 15 years of age, not required from 16 years of age.
- For e-bikes up to 45 km/h: category M driver’s license required.
regulation in Germany:
- For e-bikes up to 25 km/h: no age limit and no driver’s license required.
- For e-bikes up to 45 km/h: Class AM driving license required.

Each pull of the brake lever turns the motor into a dynamo and the energy flows back into the battery as electricity. With regenerative braking, you can further increase the range from 100 to 150 kilometers (depending on the model).

How does e-bike rental work?
To ensure that everything runs smoothly when you want to rent your e-bike, please follow the steps below.
Before you rent an e-bike:
- Find a rental station near you / vacation destination
- Contact the rental station in advance
- Clarify questions about dates, duration, number of people, models and price
- Reserve your desired e-bike
On the day you want to rent your e-bike:
- Arrive at your rental station at the agreed time
- The e-bike will be individually adjusted for you there
- Clarify final questions
- And off we go
Note: Some rental stations also offer a pick-up and delivery service. Your e-bike will be delivered to you in comfort.

You can enquire about the costs for e-bike rental directly at the respective rental station. Prices vary depending on how long you want to hire the e-bike for and which YouMo model you choose.
