1. The Go SwissDrive specialists
Do you ride a bike with a Go SwissDrive rear motor? We are the official successor for service and spare parts (Bike Bus & CAN Bus). We are located right at the source. For you in Biel, this means that we repair motors and supply original spare parts for all brands (such as Bulls, Specialized, Tour de Suisse) that use this drive system.

Many customers from the Biel region use our transport service. It’s convenient and saves time. We collect your bicycle from your home and bring it back once it has been repaired.
Important for collection:
- Please securely attach the key (battery) and charger or fasten them to the bicycle.
- Please print out the delivery note (sent by email) and enclose it with your return.
- Cardboard packaging is not necessary – our logistics department specialises in e-bikes.

Of course, you can also bring your bike in yourself. You can find us at Stampfstrasse 74 in Rapperswil-Jona. You can park stress-free right in front of the workshop gate in the industrial area. Please note: Make an appointment in advance and remember to bring your keys and display.

- Kostenlos: Für alle YouMo-Kunden.
- Kostenlos: Ab dem zweiten Serviceauftrag auch für Fremdmarken.
- Pauschale: Für Neukunden verrechnen wir faire CHF 50.– für die Dauer der Reparatur.
Was kostet ein E-Bike-Service bei YouMo?
Wir setzen auf Fairness und Transparenz. Wir verrechnen nach der offiziellen Arbeitswerteliste (ZIV) bei einem Stundensatz von CHF 120.–. Alle Kosten werden vorab besprochen.
