1. Go SwissDrive Competence Centre
Do you ride a model with a Go SwissDrive motor? We are the official successor for service and spare parts (Bike Bus & CAN Bus). Whether you live in the capital or in the canton of Bern, we are your source for this motor. We repair motors and supply spare parts for all brands (e.g. Specialized, Tour de Suisse, Bulls) that use this system.
2. Brand-independent repairs
Our workshop is open to various systems. We take care of software updates, maintenance and repairs for drives such as:

3. Official partner for Prophete
Do you own a Prophete e-bike (e.g. from Aldi or OBI)? Finding a service partner for it in Bern is often difficult. We are the official Swiss partner for Prophete. We carry out warranty work and repairs so that you can stay safe on the road with these models too.

The convenient pick-up service from Bern
Due to the distance, most customers in Bern use our transport service. This saves you the journey and the hassle. We will collect your e-bike directly from your home and deliver it back to you repaired after servicing.
Important for collection:
- Please attach the battery key and charger to the bicycle or enclose them with the return.
- Please print out the delivery note (we will send it to you by email) and enclose it with your return.
- No packaging required – our vehicles are designed for safe bicycle transport.

Would you like to combine the service with a trip to Lake Zurich? You can find us at Stampfstrasse 74 in Rapperswil-Jona. Here in the industrial area, you can park stress-free right in front of the workshop gate.

- Gratis: Für alle Kunden, die ihr Velo bei YouMo gekauft haben.
- Gratis: Ab dem zweiten Serviceauftrag auch für Fremdmarken.
- Pauschale: Für Neukunden berechnen wir faire CHF 50.– für die gesamte Reparaturdauer.
