1. Successor to Go SwissDrive
As the official successor for service and spare parts, we are continuing the legacy of Go SwissDrive (Bike Bus and CAN Bus). We are located right at the source. This means that we can repair motors, read out errors and supply original spare parts. This applies to all brands with this drive system (e.g. Bulls, Specialized, Tour de Suisse and many others).

Our workshop is open to various systems. We do not limit ourselves to one brand, but offer services for various drive systems, including:

3. Dein Servicepartner für Prophete
Do you ride a Prophete e-bike (often available at Aldi, OBI or online)? We are the official Swiss service partner for these bikes. Whether it’s a warranty claim or a repair, we make sure that you stay safe on the road with your Prophete bike.

You can find us at Stampfstrasse 74. You don’t need to look for a parking space; just drive right up to the gate of our workshop and unload your e-bike at your convenience.

If you don’t have any time, simply book our collection service. We will collect your bicycle from your home in Zurich and return it to you once it has been repaired.

When your e-bike is picked up, please place all necessary keys and relevant accessories with the e-bike or attach them securely to it.
Please print out the delivery note you receive from us and enclose it with the e-bike.
Packaging is not necessary. Our drivers and vehicles are designed to transport e-bikes carefully and safely.

Brauchst du ein Ersatz-E-Bike?
Damit du mobil bleibst, während wir an deinem Velo arbeiten, bieten wir dir (je nach Verfügbarkeit) ein Ersatzfahrzeug an.
- Gratis: Für alle bei YouMo gekauften E-Bikes.
- Gratis: Ab der zweiten Reparatur auch für Fremdmarken.
- Pauschale: In allen anderen Fällen verrechnen wir faire CHF 50.– für die gesamte Dauer der Reparatur.
Was kostet ein E-Bike-Service bei YouMo?
Unsere Preise sind transparent und richten sich nach der Arbeitswerteliste (ZIV). Unser Stundensatz liegt bei CHF 120.–.
