E-bike service for Zurich: We take care of your electric bike
Does your e-bike need servicing or repair? Finding the right repair shop is often not that easy, especially if you have a special drive system, your local repair shop only accepts its own brands, or the manufacturer of your drive no longer supplies new parts.
At YouMo in Rapperswil-Jona, we are here to help you. Over the years, we have built up extensive expertise in e-bike technology. Just 30 minutes from Zurich, we offer you a place where your bike is welcome and will be professionally serviced.

Our expertise
We possess the expertise and diagnostic tools for drive systems that have been installed in various models (30+) over many years.
While many retailers focus on the latest innovations, we keep your tried-and-tested technology up and running.
1. Go SwissDrive Competence Centre
We are the official successor for service, repairs and spare parts for Go SwissDrive (Bike Bus and CAN Bus). We ensure the continued existence of these systems. As we are located directly at the source, we can repair motors, perform diagnostics and supply spare parts for all brands that have installed this drive system (such as Specialized, Bulls, Tour de Suisse and many more).
2. Cross-brand system knowledge
Our workshop is not limited to a single brand. We specialise in the maintenance and repair of a wide range of drive systems, including:

3. The partner for Prophete e-bikes
Did you buy your Prophete e-bike at OBI, ALDI or online? YouMo is the official Swiss partner for Prophete. We carry out warranty work and repairs so that you can travel safely with these models too.
Your journey from Zurich to us
Drop-off without parking stress
You can find us at Stampfstrasse 74. You don’t need to look for a parking space; just drive right up to the gate of our workshop and unload your e-bike at your convenience.

Please make an appointment in advance and bring the key and any necessary accessories with you.
Or we can come to you
If you don’t have any time, simply book our collection service. We will collect your bicycle from your home in Zurich and return it to you once it has been repaired.
Important to know
When your e-bike is picked up, please place all necessary keys and relevant accessories with the e-bike or attach them securely to it.
Please print out the delivery note you receive from us and enclose it with the e-bike.
Packaging is not necessary. Our drivers and vehicles are designed to transport e-bikes carefully and safely.

Remote Regions:
For transport to car-free towns or locations that are not regularly accessible via public roads, any additional costs will be charged according to the official local rates.
These locations are situated within the defined remote regions. These include, among others, Zermatt, Saas-Fee, Wengen, and similar destinations.

Brauchst du ein Ersatz-E-Bike?
Damit du auch während der Reparatur mobil bleibst, stellen wir dir, je nach Verfügbarkeit, ein Ersatz E-Bike zur Verfügung.
Kundinnen und Kunden, die ihr E-Bike bei YouMo gekauft haben, profitieren kostenlos von diesem Service. Auch für andere Kundinnen und Kunden ist das Ersatz E-Bike ab der zweiten Reparatur kostenlos.
In allen übrigen Fällen bieten wir das Ersatz E-Bike für CHF 50.– pauschal für die gesamte Reparaturdauer an. Die Verfügbarkeit klären wir im Rahmen der Terminvereinbarung.
Was kostet ein E-Bike-Service bei YouMo?
Wir arbeiten nach klaren Vorgaben und orientieren uns an der Arbeitswerteliste (ZIV). Der Stundensatz bei YouMo beträgt: CHF 120.– pro Stunde.

- Prüfung auf Verkehrssicherheit (Licht und Ausrüstung)
- E-Bike Reinigung (grob)
- Normale Reinigung des Bikes inkl. Kassette und Kurbelgarnitur (bei extremer Verschmutzung wird Zeit zusätzlich verrechnet)
- Prüfung und Einstellen der Bremsen und der Schaltung
- Kontrolle des Luftdrucks
- Kontrolle von Felgen und Speichen
- Überprüfung der Lager
- Schmieren der beweglichen Teile
- Funktionstest
- Abschliessende Probefahrt
E-Bike Service - Komplett
- Prüfung auf Verkehrssicherheit (Licht und Ausrüstung)
- E-Bike Reinigung (grob)
