1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit youmo.ch. They make it possible to recognise your browser, save settings or analyse your behaviour on the site.

2. Cookie categories on youmo.ch

Necessary

Always active

Enable basic functions such as the shopping basket, language selection and saving your cookie consent. They do not require consent.

Statistics & marketing

Only with your consent

Google Analytics 4 (including Google Signals) and Google Ads. They help us to analyse how the site is used and enable personalised advertising. They are only activated after your explicit consent.

3. Google Signals and Google Ads

We have Google Signals enabled: Google can link the data collected to your Google account if you are signed in and have enabled personalised advertising. A Google Ads account is also linked, through which we can show you personalised ads, including on other websites. We obtain your explicit consent for this: firstly, because we also address customers in Germany and the EU, where the GDPR and the TDDDG require this; and secondly, because since 31 July 2024 Google has extended its EU User Consent Policy to Switzerland as well and also requires consent for personalised advertising.
