1. The Competence Centre for Go SwissDrive
Do you ride an e-bike with the silent Go SwissDrive rear motor? We are the official successor for service and spare parts (Bike Bus & CAN Bus). We ensure the continued existence of this technology. This means that we can overhaul motors, analyse faults and supply spare parts for all brands (e.g. Tour de Suisse, Specialized, Bulls) that use this drive system.
2. Brand-independent workshop
We specialise in e-bike systems, not in a single bicycle brand. Our workshop crew is trained in the maintenance and repair of various drive systems, including:

3. Your partner for Prophete e-bikes
Do you own a Prophete e-bike (known from online retailers, Aldi or OBI)? It is often difficult to find service for these bikes in the Lucerne region. We are the official Swiss service partner. We carry out warranty work and repairs to ensure you can ride safely.

Deliver in person
The journey from Lucerne to Rapperswil (Stampfstrasse 74) usually takes around 45 minutes. The advantage of our location in the Stampf industrial estate is that you don’t have to worry about parking. You can drive right up to the workshop door and unload your e-bike at your leisure.
Note: Please make an appointment in advance and remember to bring your keys and display.
Convenient pick-up service from Lucerne
Is it too far for you to travel, or do you not have a means of transport? Use our collection service. We will arrange for your bicycle to be collected from your home in Lucerne and return it to you once it has been repaired.
Important for collection:
- Please attach the battery key and charger securely to the bicycle or enclose them with the bicycle.
- Print out the delivery note (we will send it to you by email) and enclose it with the return.
- No packaging is necessary – our vehicles are equipped for the safe transport of bicycles.

- Gratis: Für alle Kunden mit einem bei YouMo gekauften Velo.
- Gratis: Ab dem zweiten Serviceauftrag auch für alle Fremdmarken.
- Pauschale: Für Neukunden verrechnen wir faire CHF 50.– für die gesamte Reparaturdauer.
Unsere Preise im Überblick
Transparenz ist uns wichtig. Wir verrechnen unsere Leistungen nach der offiziellen Arbeitswerteliste (ZIV) bei einem Stundensatz von CHF 120.–. Wir besprechen die zu erwartenden Kosten vorab mit dir.
