1. Go SwissDrive Competence Centre
We are proud to operate the official after-sales service for Go SwissDrive (Bike Bus & CAN Bus) here in Rapperswil. We secure the future of your bike. As we are the central warehouse and workshop, we repair motors and supply spare parts for all brands (e.g. Specialized, Tour de Suisse, Bulls) that use this drive system.

We don’t just work on our own brand. Our workshop is open to everyone. We are trained in various systems and take care of updates and repairs for:

3. The partner for Prophete e-bikes
Have you bought an e-bike from Prophete (e.g. from Aldi or OBI)? Owners of these bikes often struggle to find a repair shop. However, we in Rapperswil are the official service partner for Switzerland. Simply bring your bike to us for warranty claims or maintenance.

Pick-up service in the region
Don’t have time? We also offer a local pick-up service. We will collect the e-bike from your home and return it freshly serviced.
Important for collection:
- Please have the battery key and charger ready/attached.
- Please enclose a printed copy of the delivery note (sent by email).
- No packaging required – our transporter is safely equipped.

- Kostenlos: Für alle anderen Kunden ab der zweiten Reparatur bei uns.
- Pauschale: Für Neukunden mit Fremdmarken verrechnen wir faire CHF 50.– für die gesamte Dauer.

Wir setzen auf Transparenz. Unsere Preise basieren auf der offiziellen Arbeitswerteliste (ZIV) mit einem Stundensatz von CHF 120.–. Bevor wir teure Teile tauschen, sprechen wir mit dir.
E-Bike Service - Standard
- Prüfung auf Verkehrssicherheit (Licht und Ausrüstung)
- E-Bike Reinigung (grob)
- Normale Reinigung des Bikes inkl. Kassette und Kurbelgarnitur (bei extremer Verschmutzung wird Zeit zusätzlich verrechnet)
- Prüfung und Einstellen der Bremsen und der Schaltung
- Kontrolle des Luftdrucks
- Kontrolle von Felgen und Speichen
- Überprüfung der Lager
- Schmieren der beweglichen Teile
- Funktionstest
- Abschliessende Probefahrt
E-Bike Service - Komplett
