For YouMo, 2025 was not a year of big announcements, but one of consistent further development. Many decisive steps took place behind the scenes.
What began around twelve years ago with the YouMo brand is now a company with in-depth professional, technical, and procedural expertise in e-bike systems, across all brands and with a practical approach.
Structures that grow along
Mit dem neuen Standort haben wir 2025 unsere Arbeitsweise spürbar verändert. Werkstatt, Lager, Produktion und Büro sind heute an einem Ort. Das vereinfacht Abläufe, verkürzt Wege und hilft uns, im Alltag besser zusammenzuarbeiten.
At the same time, we have further developed our existing system landscape. The move to a new version now enables customer-specific and more efficient automation in service processes, which is an important basis for reliable operations and growth.
Service & Technology in Everyday Life
This advancement is directly evident in everyday life:
Repair turnaround times were significantly reduced in 2025, even during peak periods.
We have further expanded our technical expertise in the repair service for Go-SwissDrive systems. Our own diagnostic, testing, and calibration tools now enable us to achieve a very high repair rate. Around 98% of systems can be repaired, including complex CAN motors and individual adjustments to driving parameters.
From repair shop to service partner
By 2025, we will have further established ourselves as a service provider for international e-bike brands. The integration of Prophete within a short period of time was an important milestone. Further brands are in preparation.
YouMo is thus gradually evolving from a pure repair business into a reliable service partner for the Swiss market, with clear processes, technical depth, and high responsiveness.
XCYC cargo bikes – products, sales, and applications
Real-world use was also a priority for XCYC cargo bikes in 2025. A newspaper delivery person in Berlin was equipped with vehicles within a short period of time, parallel to a change of location. Feedback confirms a high level of robustness even with intensive use and high mileage.
At the same time, we have specifically developed our sales activities for cargo bikes. With a designated contact person for the XCYC division, we are creating more structure in our support for specialist retailers, business customers, and projects, and ensuring that technical expertise, application, and consulting work closely together.

We are currently working on several topics. Some projects are already well advanced, while others are still in development.
We will report on these in due course.
In conclusion
2025 was marked by many consistent decisions that made YouMo more stable, structured, and capable of action.
