YouMo AG becomes full-service provider for Prophete e-bikes – expansion of service structure for international brands

YouMo AG, based in Rapperswil (SG), has been providing service and repair services for Prophete e-bikes in Switzerland since August 2025, thereby further expanding its service portfolio. The company is thus responding to the growing demand for professional e-bike services and strengthening its position as a technical service partner in the Swiss market.
Prophete e-bikes are widely available in Switzerland and are sold through retailers such as ALDI SUISSE and OBI. The new service applies to repairs during and after the warranty period.
“Our service technicians are already very familiar with Prophete systems and their components,” explains Knut Späte, Managing Director of YouMo AG. “By expanding our range of services, we are ensuring that Prophete riders in Switzerland receive a reliable, direct, and uncomplicated service solution in the long term.”

The range includes the ENTDECKER, GENIESSER, URBANICER, GRAVELER, STACK, DICE, CARGO, and e-scooter model series.
By adding Prophete services, YouMo is expanding its existing range of services in Switzerland. Thanks to many years of experience with systems such as Go SwissDrive and over 30 other brands, the company has in-depth technical expertise in maintenance, warranty processing, and spare parts management.
“Our goal is to offer international manufacturers full-service access to the Swiss market,” Späte continues. “In addition to Prophete, we are currently in talks with other brands that are looking for a professional service partner.”
By expanding its range of services, YouMo is laying the groundwork to offer international e-bike manufacturers in Switzerland professional, brand-specific service, including direct technical support, spare parts supply, and its own infrastructure.
